Q1: Which Windows versions do your products support?

Windows Password Recovery supports: Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), and Windows XP.

Q2: What is ISO image? What can the ISO image file in your program be used for?

An ISO image is an archive file (also known as a disc image) of a disc in a format defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ISO image file in our program is used for resetting your lost Windows passwords by burning a bootable CD/DVD.

Q3: What's the difference between the trial version and full version?

The trial version can list all the user names of Windows, but can not remove their passwords. The full version enables users to remove the passwords of listed user names for Windows.

Q4: I am not familiar with the BIOS settings or CD/DVD burning, can I operate the program?

Yes, our products are very easy to use, even for a computer beginner. You can follow our step-by-step User Guide on the web pages, or browse the HELP document in the program.

Q5: What can I do if computer doesn't boot from CD/DVD/USB device?

To boot from CD/DVD/USB device, please follow the instructions on the User Guide. If you failed to set BIOS by that way, you can also enter Boot Menu to boot your computer from CD/DVD/USB device. For this, keep tapping F8, ESC or other keys until the Boot Menu screen appears after starting your computer. Then select CD/DVD/USB device as the first boot device, and then press Enter. Your computer will restart with changed BIOS.

Q6: When I reboot the computer with the burned disk, I cannot choose system because it is gray and no user names are coming up. What should I do?

The possible reason is that your computer is not compatible with your purchased software. For this problem, please contact us with detailed description of your problem as well as your order ID. We'll send a full download link of another version to you after check.
