Windows Password Recovery supports: Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), and Windows XP.

 

• Q: What is ISO image? What can the ISO image file in your program be used for?

An ISO image is an archive file (also known as a disc image) of an optical disc in a format defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ISO image file in our program is used for resetting your lost Windows passwords by burning a bootable CD/ DVD.

 

• Q: What's the difference between the trial version and full version?

The trial version can list all the user names of Windows, but can not remove their passwords. The full version enables users to remove the passwords of listed user names for Windows.

 

• Q: I am not familiar with the BIOS settings or CD/ DVD burning, can I operate the program?

Yes, our products are very easy to use, even for a beginner. You can follow our step by step guide about how to use Windows Password Recovery on the web pages, or browse the HELP document in the program.

 

• Q: What can I do if PC doesnt boot from CD?

Most computers are set to automatically detect bootable CD before moving to the hard drive. If system regards the hard drive as the prior one, please set the boot sequence in BIOS.
