Part 1: Download and burn bootable CD/DVD with ISO image file

An ISO file is provided by our program, you can use it to burn a bootable CD/DVD first. BurnCDCC is recommended, which is third party burner software. You can also use other popular burners like Nero, Sonic, Roxio and so on to burn the bootable CD/DVD with our ISO file. Here, take BurnCDCC for example.

Step 1: Download Windows Password Recovery

Step 2: After downloaded the program you can burn bootable CD/DVD with ISO image file provided by the program image file. Now, double-click BurnCDCC.exe; the information of CD driver on your computer will be displayed.

Step 3: Click Browse button to import the AnyWindowsPasswordRecovery.iso

Step 4: Insert a blank CD/DVD, and press Start to burn the CD/DVD.

Part 2: BIOS setting

If your computer boots from Windows, you can change the setting and make the computer boot from CD ROM first.

Step 1: Boot your computer, press F2, Delete or F10 to enter your BIOS Setup when the computer is booting.

Step 2: Choose Boot on the taskbar according to the prompts on the right.

Step 3: Make the computer boot from CD ROM firstly according to the prompts on the right. And then press F10 to save and exit.

Take note:
BIOS settings are different due to different main boards among computers, but they are similar to each other.

Part 3: Reset Windows password with the burned CD/DVD

Step 1: Insert the burned CD/DVD to the locked computer, and enter Windows PE to remove the login password.

Step 2: After the computer booted from the burned CD/DVD, you can see the interface of Windows Password Recovery. All the user names will be displayed, and the passwords show unknown or empty.
Unknown means you have a password for the user name, maybe you lost it.
Empty means you do not have a password for the user name, you can login the account without password.

Step 3: Select one account which you want to reset its password, and then click Reset button.

Step 4: Click Yes to confirm you action.

Step 5: Then, your password will be removed in a minute.
